The sound files would not play until that was done. Also still no windows sounds. I used the troubleshooting function in the m-6380 menu and found that the only thing I am missing is a “Digital Signer” that is signed. I have never had so much problem with setting things up.

Standard computers PNP Service: The software found the soundcard when I booted it up and installed the software. Everything is at max and tried both Digital and analog.
If you do have a sound card installed, refer to its documentation to troubleshoot the problem.
