Never had an issue that I am aware of on Gutsy involving forcedeth.
I used on-board drivers for windows 8. The problem has gone away for me once I upgraded to a 2.
Since different potentially related occurrences have surfaced since that, I definitely think that this should be looked into. Can someone confirm or deny.
